Food has always been a great passion of mine and traveling to different countries of the world has broadened my vision to create a more diverse brand of food.
I can supply many different types of dishes, from my home town of Yorkshire, from old classic recipes to modern day Caribbean cuisine with a twist. My mission and purpose, is to share my love and experience with you all, to taste the fusion and diversity of different cultures.
Being authentic is my goal in professional cookery, to take fantastic ingredients and cultivate them into today’s modern world of cooking. Enhancing my cusine with aromatic flavours, to ensure your guests will enjoy every mouth watering moment to captivate their taste buds.

I am happy to confirm that Re-joyce Catering has provided catering for several events held at our Leeds office and other premises. The catering has been of an excellent standard offering a good variety of food including meeting the needs of individual food requirements i.e. vegetarian, gluten free. I have a professional Chefs Diploma in Catering and Hospitality, an NVQ 2-3 in Kitchen and Larder and an NVQ level 3 in Patisserie and Confectionary.
With over 14 years services in quadrant catering and 5 years as a Sous Chef for Yorkshire Television, I have worked around many great chefs in various areas of the kitchen.
